365 Plumber

Excellent service. We needed syphon and water inlet valve replaced in one of our toilets. Got a quote on Wednesday, work was done on Friday morning in the same week in less than an hour. Friendly guy and no issues at all. We will use again for future projects. Thank you.

QUITE EXPENSIVE plumber. Charged £200 for one hour's job (came in at 5pm and left by 6pm). I requested 365 plumbers for help with a leak at my parents place. Mr Mehit found the leak and fixed the issue. The leak was easy to get to, it was behind a pipe covering box and was resolved by replacing a valve and another small fitting. During the initial call, I had requested a rough cost but was not given one though the website says quotes are provided prior to job. Overall, he has fixed the issue for now but double the charge to what we were expecting.Also, requested payment right away prior to receiving an invoice. Was promised will receive an invoice soon but have not received anything yet. Also, website advertises no call out fee but was told £150 is his call out fee and £45 for parts. Checking online, the torbeck compact bottom entry valve costs £12 at Wickes. So, has almost a 400% mark-up on the parts. If I knew the cost beforehand, I would not proceed. For any future work, I won't be using 365 plumbers.Update : August 6th 2022After the fix, there is a fog horn kind of noise from the pipes everytime we flush or use the bathroom sink. I called him today to come and have a look but he refused saying its not anything to do with the work he carried out. However, this noise started only after he came down. During the phone call today, he said he refuses to come and check it out because of my previous review.I've also not received the invoice for the work last week and based on the conversation I don't think it's forthcoming. Overall, a terrible decision to go with 365 plumbers. Truly very disappointed and will be complaining to Trading Standards about this. For anyone looking for a plumber, find someone from Checkatrade or similar.

If it will pasible i will give -5 stars booked for reconnect a radiator at 10-11am .nobody call me to say they have a problem will come later on i was ringed to they to ask 11.20 syas will be in 1 hour no bady come nobady inform me was going on.I loose 1 day pay for it i take day off at work ( move work hours ) but they dont come .absolutely not care about costumers

The 365 plumber arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job. He was courteous, friendly and professional. After a thorough investigation, he identified the leak and repaired it efficiently. The plumber took the time to answer all of my questions and was clear with the pricing. I would highly recommend.

Called 365 plumber to install some new water heaters in our commercial property, cannot recommend this company enough they carried out the work to a very high standard and left the place spotless. Thankyou 365 plumber!

We had a stop tap leaking, contacted 365 and they were here within 20 minutes, stopped the leak and replaced stoppers, a little pricey but really not bad if you consider how efficient and it was an emergency call, highly recommend

Had 365 come out to me today, previous company let me down. 365 was able to accommodate me, on such short notice. The gentleman that arrived, was very pleasant, and installed my new shower, in good time. I’m very happy with the outcome. 10/10 would recommend!!

Had a leak coming from my main bathroom going to downstairs. Couldn't tell where it was coming from but the plumber came round and found that it was coming from the toilet. He fixed the leak in about an hour. Very efficient. Would recommend

I had 365plumber out, he arrived on time, and was well presented. He came to fit an isolation value in our bathroom, very happy with the outcome. would highly recommend.
