It’s not often that you meet someone who is not only a consummate professional but delightful with it. Nothing is too much trouble for Romy Khokar the owner of this business. From installation to follow up call Romy was diligent, attentive and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. He is always immaculate, polite and epitomises outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

A first class service. Pristine Water Solutions carried out a water softener install and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent, especially living in a hard water area. The engineers were very knowledgable and professional and had all the answers to my questions. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A very happy customer.
