I received a lymphatic drainage massage from Pollyanna as my knees were swollen and puffy. I have M.E. and have odd lumps and pockets of fluid around my body. I was surprised at how gentle and smooth the massage was - except for when the fluid was being dispersed. The sensation felt like vibration and juddery. I could really tell that she was right on the problem area and was breaking it up and shifting it. It was completely painless and very gentle and my thighs were very smooth afterwards (win win). The next day the difference was significantly noticeable. It has taken me so long to find a solution and this is now a regular treatment for me.JH, Wilmslow.

I have issues being touched and getting comfortable but with Polly I was put at ease!!! She asked what I was comfortable with at every step. Polly explained everything to me and did not make me feel stupid for asking questions at every step! She was also teaching me to relax, which I can tell you is not easy. I carried so much tension in my shoulders and had got used to having very hard knots! They are less and my mobility and posture has seen a change! I am excited to book more sessions in!!! Fantastic service! Polly is a real professional, I have been treated by her for several years now with a range of different ailments my end, from shoulders to leg issues! Every time she's firm but gentle, you know she's doing you some real good, you feel the difference when you walk out! I'm always made to feel at ease, and communication before is fab to discuss what's what and also throughout re: pressure etc. Look forward to my next one! Highly recommended.
