Defintely not even worth 1 star, the whole process the experience wow, never ever using British Airways to start with,Firstly 5 to 6 weeks to get a response from airline, who took all details and photos of the damage item, then tell me this other company will contact me??This k2global then ask me same questions, I respond.They put the damage that they caused on a brand new item, wear and tear" seriously??? Like wow who are you to define the damage you caused by throwing luggage around to wear and tear

They gave me a replacement back for an expensive hardshell suitcase damaged in travel. They have no other compensation available, so I was forced to accept this bag. I used it only once recently, and the wheel came off already. They now expect me to go through damage claim through the airline again. Their products are low quality and their warranty cover for their own items is a complete scam. I'm just going to get rid of this bag so I'm not reminded of their awful customer service. Hope this will help someone to not accept this route of baggage damage compensation.

Very poor service. BA has damaged my luggage worth £150 and K2 Global contacted me. They have offered a no-name suitcase. When I've asked to be reimbursed the value of the no-name suitcase (which was £99 on their website), I was told I can get £35 if I have no receipts for my old bag (who stores paper receipts for so long). What a joke and treating people disdainfully.Avoid them!

Walked in without an appointment with my email from Amazon confirming my Samsonite purchase six years ago. They are apparently the UK's only official Samsonite warranty repair place. Twenty minutes later, I walked out with the broken handle and hinges replaced. Impeccable service with a smile.

Very disappointed. My suitcase was broken when I collect it at London airport. Then I reported to K2 and the staff seems helpful. He filled in all the information and said will contact me within one week for maintenance. However, no one contacted me for over one week. Then I emailed to ask the status and they said my reference number is not the same as their record( even I got the reference card one hand) and never responded to me again . How a terrible experience am I !

Edit: changed from 1 star to 2 star because my mother finally got her money back. Very poor service on behalf of K2 Global and should have not been this hard to get a bag fixed.Original post: Recently had brand new £170 Antler luggage bag damaged on a British Airways Flight - they took over 6 weeks before referring me to K2 Global saying they would contact me. K2 Global never contacted me. K2 Global has been shocking and are trying to make me fix everything myself - whats the point of even being involved if I’m just going to have to sort it all out myself and then get refunded, what about the time it takes me to sort everything out ?

BA had damaged my Montblanc luggage during the luggage transfer process. They sent it to K2 to fix. K2 had replaced the luggage handle with original Montblanc parts. Looks brand new. I found the service by K2 to be responsive and helpful. Collected and delivered by DHL efficiently. My experience was positive.
