Avoid staff verry rude.Don’t spend any money here as tiles are bad quality all needs rework.And when i told them that they become rude and verbaly agressive.

Verry expensive items.Refuse to exchange the faulty delivered tiles, claming that in every palette you get faulty tiles. Even if those faulty tiles was damaged by the fork lift operator.On return they put me to manually unload the van.Avoid save time and money.

The worst service i can imagine.This company don't know his own products, staff is really rude.Avoid at any cost as you have plenty alternative options.No experience in roofing what so ever.

Stay away, spend a little more money for superior quality materials, brought £30 worth of goods about 7 items and they still managed to miss off some stuff, when returned they wouldn't give me my item and had to purchase another one, very short sighted on their part missed out on hundreds of pounds worth of my business for a £3 item!!

Steep prices,only wanted a tile vent,, sixty quid is a joke and the guy behind the counter just sat chatting on the phone for ages knowing I'm waiting, took 10 mins to get service when I was the only one in there

The staff know roofing materials very well and they have always been helpful and honest to me, as a DIYer. I bought new fibre cement sheets and roofing bolts for an outbuilding on my most recent visit. They even included free delivery to my home address, making them far better value than the online roofing merchants. Recommended.

I place an order with this company, I give them the measurements, to find out later on that they sold me twice the amount I needed, received incomplete order. When received the tiles we had over 30 tiles damaged witch was not replaced or reimbursed, the staff told me that is normal to get few damaged in transit. Very unpolite customer service, I regret using this company.
