20/20 Dental Practice

I saw Dr Van Der Spuy for an extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. He is a very skilled dentist who removed the tooth quickly and virtually painlessly. I was nervous prior to the appointment but felt very comfortable and at ease while being treated. I was also well looked after by the rest of the team who are all lovely. I would highly recommend 20/20 Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience at 20/20 Dental today!Many dental hygienist simply say, “you need to floss more,” but my hygienist Sarah explained to me exactly how my gums work, how bacteria can cause issues, and how I should be brushing and flossing my teeth and gums moving forward.Besides her amazing wealth of knowledge, Sarah is an absolute ray of sunshine and her positive energy, and passion for her job is inspiring! Who knew going to the dentist office could be such a warm and positive experience? Brilliant start to my day!Could not recommend this dental practice more and especially my hygienist, Sarah!

I moved to the area in November 2021 and first visited last year. I had letters regarding a check up and attended on the 8th Dec. I had the check up and clean with the dentist. I paid and didn't ask for a receipt. On checking my bank I was surprised to find I was charged £98. When querying this I was told a check up is £60 and the clean was extra. I feel this should have been explained at the time. I would normally attend a check up and then hygienist separately. Appears you now only have the option of a £98 check up and clean {following a telephone conversation}

So pleased I moved to 20/20 dental practice. Craig is very thorough and never recommends treatment unless it is really necessary. He's calm and friendly. I have been very happy with the crown I had fitted. Would thoroughly recommend.

Craig Hughes is our family dentist and we highly recommend him. He's brilliant with nervous clients and very calm and reassuring. The Reception team are always very welcoming. Sarah is our hygienist and she's brilliant. We've seen other dentists at 20/20 too, if Craig isn't available and they really are a knowledgeable and experienced team.

Excellent Dental Practice. My wife and I started using this practice about 3 years ago and we think they have done first class dental and hygiene work for us. The staff are very professional, whilst also being courteous and friendly.We would not hesitate to recommend the practice to others.

I joined 20/20 Dental after 15 years at a previous dentist after I moved to Newbury. I cannot fault the dentists, reception team or wider staff at all! I was made to feel comfortable from day 1 and wholeheartedly trust the practice which, for me, is key. The dentists are very knowledgeable and explain the process and reasoning as they go which is great too. I cannot recommend more - one very happy customer!

I'm very satisfied with 20/20 Dental Practice. I needed an emergency appointment, and they promptly addressed that. The staff is very friendly. My dentist, Melanie Hunt, addresses my concerns and explains everything clearly. I definitely recommend this practice.
