Excellent service, I've used them several times for COVID tests required for travelling from/returning to the UK over the last two months. Kits arrived in good time, information was clear, easy to do the tests and understand how to access results.When I had to speak to someone I was able to get through on the phone very quickly. They were very polite and helpful, and when I explained that I really needed a test result through as soon as possible (I had left it a bit late sending my sample off!) they even contacted me back later that day to make sure I was aware it had been sent through at the end of the day by email.Able to track with the Royal Mail tracking code to make sure the sample had arrived back at the lab which is helpful, although you can just use your own provider if you prefer.Results came back pretty speedily, within 1-2 days of sending depending on the time they got collected from the postbox I guess.Overall very impressed, and have recommended to a lot of my contacts.

I had to do some tests because of work, a friend recommended NPL. I needed to do Identified validated sample (IVS) for clearance for exposure prone procedures (EPPs). I called, spoke to a lovely lady who asked how many test. I told her about 8, we talked about the fee and when it would be available. I paid and got an appointment for the next day to get my blood.I like the way this company operates, they have partnership with other clinics across the UK and so it's literally very easy to find a clinic to visit. Then the clinic sends your sample to NPL and they test/ analyse it.I went for my appointment at my clinic Est-Ethics on a Friday. By Monday afternoon, I had received my test result via email. That was very fast, I was expecting it middle of the week.I highly recommend them for doctors who need clearance for EPPs.

Ordered Day 2 and Day 8 travel test from this place and they arrived in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately they forgot to send out the forms to put in with the tests, so I phoned them and they sent out a whole new kit free of charge with everything included with it.We took the Day 2 test on the evening of Day 0 and sent it out on Day 1 and got the results back by 15:15pm on Day 2 which we was very happy about.We took Day 8 yesterday morning and sent it off. We have now received the results at 15:10pm on Day 9.Ignore all bad reviews as we didn’t experience any off these problems when using this company. The ladies who answered the phone every time were extremely kind and helpful and I can praise them enough. I would highly recommend using this service because not only do you get an exceptional service the tests are very cheap compared to most places.THANKS NATIONWIDE PATHOLOGY FOR SUCH A STRESS FREE TIME!!!

When faced with the ongoing annoyance that is Covid bureaucracy there are many confusing avenues to turn, most of whom are happy to exploit your Naïveté for their own financial gain. NWP is NOT one of those!As a pre-existing pathology service prior to the covid outbreak this company is not purpose built to exploit the situation.They offer extremely competitive prices on all variety of testing kits and unparalleled turnaround and accompanying customer service!Have used many times, always at short notice and never with any delay!Many thanks again and I’m so fortunate to have such a great service on my doorstep!

It was one of the cheapest ones so I was a bit skeptical at first. However, the test kit arrived 2 days after I ordered it, and it was already labeled as Tracked 24 so I didn't have to do much. They received my test on September 1st and two days later I got my results. Even when I had to change my return day they replied back to me very fast with the appropriate changes. I honestly have no complaints, they were perfect.

Very disappointed. When i asked them for a copy of my blood test results . They refused and said that i need to get it from my potential employer that paid for the test. Also said , that i can only take the result if i pay 97 pounds !!This is a disgrace , they tested MY BLOOD , YET , THEY WONT GIVE ME A COPY OF THE RESULTS . UGLY Capitalism

I've been using Nationwide Pathology for blood tests for a couple of years now. I travel to them in Lutterworth due to one of the tests I need having to be done on the day the blood is taken. I am always seen really quickly and the staff are all really lovely. If you're worried about needles they'll put you at ease here! The results are always sent out to me on the same day too, which is perfect.I'd definitely recommend this company as a quick and easy way to get blood tests done.

Completely useless! We ordered 3 tests for our return to the UK - mine arrived on time, but for some reason took 4 days to get the results. They blamed Royal Mail.My wife's test was ordered next and was supposed to be at the house on 05/01 at the latest. It still hasn't arrived, and as such she is unable to follow the rules by taking a test within 2 days after her return to the UK. Once again, they blame the Royal Mail.This company is supposed to provide a service, enabling people to follow the current regulations. Instead they just shrug and blame everything on the Royal Mail. They also refused so far to discuss a refund of the money paid to them. I believe a full refund and payment for any additional amounts we need to pay to a different provider is the only acceptable outcome as they have failed to provide the agreed service within the expected time. Blaming the Royal Mail is unprofessional as well. They selected Royal Mail as their partner and as postage was part of the price we paid I would expect that the timescales are adhered to between the two companies. If Royal Mail is unable to support the testing process, they need to find a different company without any extra charges on my part.I appreciate that these are difficult times, however I expect at least adequate service as long as I follow all the relevant rules and regulations. In this case Nationwide Pathology's incompetence has resulted in two people losing part of their income as well as missing the government-set timeline on testing. It looks like they are more than happy to profit from the requirement of 3rd party testing, but are unwilling to take part in helping people return to their normal daily life.

My experience was 100% positive: I sent them an email before ordering since I needed some clarifications and they promptly replied. As they were the only company that actually clarified exhaustively my doubts, I ordered the day2/day8 travel tests with them. This was done quite in advance, so when I got back to the UK they had already been delivered to my address. Instructions were exhaustive but simple and easy to follow, I took the day 2 test and I got the results back on day 4, I took the day 8 test and got the results back on day 10. Completely satisfied with the service - should I need to use this service again in the future I won’t hesitate to purchase from them one more time.

Great service! Very helpful and Joel the mobile phlebotomist was great! Made sure I was okay as I struggle with blood tests and calm which helped a lot, would definitely recommend.
