I arranged to meet Adam after seeing his advertisement for a Mazda2. I travelled for 2/12 hours to make the appointment and was impressed with the car and Adams friendly professional service.Adam went above and beyond what a customer expects. I recommend this business in regards to sales, I just wish I lived in the area so my car could be serviced too.A big thank you to you and the team for a job well done.

I have a 19 year old Jaguar 'S' type that developed a fault with the gearbox. Andy truly went above and beyond to sort out the problem for me. In trying to correct the issue he ordered a few new parts that may have been needed so that they were on hand and the car could be repaired in time for a trip away I was due to take.Andy could have fitted the new parts and charged me for them regardless of the fact that they weren't actually needed but after fitting them and discovering they didn't cure the problem he re-fitted the old parts saving me money.The problem was fixed well in time for my trip away and the final repair bill was actually less than I was anticipating.I have used Laceby Motors for a good number of years and I can honestly say that there isn't any other garage that I would use. They pick up and deliver my car free of charge making it to easy to get on with my day without the trouble of getting the car to the garage myself. I know the mechanics are well qualified and work on high end vehicles and, in my opinion they look after my car to the same standard.I have always found their customer service second to none and Kevin and his team always accommodating when, as in the example above, getting my car ready to a deadline when needed. I would highly recommend Laceby Motors as the garage to look after your pride and joy without a doubt.

I used this garage 12 months ago for service and MOT, I had a bad experience but the owner corrected it and thought I would give them another chance.Today the 27th Aug 2021 will be the last time I ever use this garage, my car was supposed to be collected at 8am and the staff member arrived at 10am, when I asked why he was late he said he wasn't.I rang the office to complain and they said your car wasnt booked to be collected at 8am and who did I speak to, so he could give them a talking to,I explained blaming staff and not accepting responsibility is not the way to improve.I wouldn't EVER recommend this garage to anyone, they are not worth the hassle and they are unreliable and in my personal experience the management don't ensure the staff are carrying out their work correctly and blame everyone else.I can honestly say for the few quid you save, would rather take my car back to Audi for service and MOT and that is what I will be doing!

Highly recommend this garage.They offer free collection and delivery and nothing is ever too much trouble, even when they are busy they always make time to help out.I’ve been stranded and they have helped get me mobile.They MOT and service both my cars and my sons and never once have let us down.Kev and his staff never fail to be friendly and helpful.I’d never use anyone else
