All the arcades are good in Cardiff. Good selection of shop variety great. Only draw back lack of parking and very difficult to get to. Don't plan a quick visit. Its impossible.

Beautiful arcade in Cardiff centre, nice Christmas lightings, the cafe and bars at the entrance look so cosy and packed with people. Would recommend for a cup of coffee or some beer.
