I reported betfair for unfairly locking people out of accounts when they had won. They said they were already aware of this and would take my information into account. Its good to see that they are actively looking after the consumer.

Kevin bacon the actor who does adverts for companies who take money of mentally ill people.I emailed this organisation to protest about a company called 20/20 casino.They took money off my son knowing that he was mentally ill and not responsible for his actions,and he has to pay this money back through the EE PHONE Company, who boast on TV adverts to be the best.Take heed Kevin Bacon,you should have done your research before singing there praises.You get great amounts of money out of other people's misfortunes,as EE admitted they new my son was mentally ill. Please if you think like I do that disabled people should not be exploited,please boycott all films adverts etc that Kevin bacon participates in and I askI ask that you do not use these people.It's a disgrace that they can take advantage of mentally ill people like my son.They can't even be bothered to reply to my email as to why 'knowing my son was mentally ill' they allowed him to gamble.I ask again,anyone thinking of going with any of these three companies,please don't.Please help protect our mentally ill.

Complete waist of time, don’t bother with them. There only there to do a shift and not to help anyone! The manager Sonia is complete waste of time! My 7 year old has more intelligence and understanding than her! There a complete waist of time!

I'm not a fan of the Gambling Commission but I would like to say this time they have done good and given the lottery operators license to someone else which is excellent for the players iv played for the start and last few years played online and won nothing because not shared around the country its fixed don't bother playing online at all 80 pound I put on lotto thunderball euro millions set for life last week some my own numbers some lucky dips and not a penny in return or not even a lucky dip what a complete con bring in the new operators straight away and get rid of scamalot I would be willing to stand in court for Gambling Commission side because I know the camalot is taking court action bit us players want a different operator

What a joke … you are supposed to be fair !How can you be ‘fair’ when you have a wish to ban and destroy the vast majority of successful gamblers who bet onSPORTS… not machines or cartoons !!!Can’t you not see that most people trust their knowledge of the sport…not just pure luck like at a casino or a slot machine… if you cannot see this then you know NOTHING about gambling or gamblers !!!!

Waste of time. Supposed to be there to protect consumers but you would think they were working for the gaming companies.I asked for them to investigate evolution gaming live Roulette because I have seen video evidence on YouTube and seen the ball jump out myself many times.Got a snotty email back sounding exactly the same as evolution gaming. All terms and conditions and jargon but no proof. Told me I am the one with the problem but I'm just trying to protect people from these scammers.Obviously receiving big brown envelopes from evolution gaming.
