Gas Mark One

Called out Gas Mark One on busy frost ridden day. Engineer turned up within 24 hours. Our mains gas Aga required repairs and replacement parts it transpired. Engineer carried on his van all required Aga parts which he efficiently installed and finally re-lit to all our reliefs. Taking no more than 2 hours.I am in the property business and recognise efficiency and integrity in delivering a most professional service.I cannot recommend more highly.

Service engineer arrived on schedule. Attended to both of the appliances and completed the maintenance check, service and certification in an organised way. Left everything neat and tidy and provided good advice on optimising efficiency of the gas fired Aga.

Mark is 100% reliable. You get an email to confirm your appointment, a reminder to turn off your Aga the day before. He arrives when he says he will, he is friendly but very professional. He explains what he is doing and he is very respectful. I cannot recommend him highly enough. A fantastic service.

From the telephone booking to the work completed to the follow-on satisfaction check, Gas Mark One demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. In particular the efficient initial telephone booking and text confirmation generated a confidence that I would be receiving a good service, which indeed I did. Additionally, the cost of the boiler service was extremely reasonable and lower than I expected.We move house in a few weeks and fortunately Gas Mark One have been servicing the heating system there, so I know all will be well. I also intend to use Gas Mark One for all future servicing.Highly recommended.
