Yesterday my 1st time going in I was met by Amy who.was working by herself as the other staff member hadn't shown up.Amy was amazing even though you could tell she was stressed as it was way to busy even for 2 people let alone just 1 .Amy was a star so kind helpful and service with a smile Well done but please get her more staff before you loose her

I had a iced frappe creme and it was really good!Staff where like any other staff niceThe only things wrong in my experience is the that some of the tables where not cleanedAnd the prices here are a bit too highOther then that I recommend coming here!

Grubby .Visited at about 9am on Monday .Although the service was good , fast and friendly, the cafe was really grubby. Toilets were off-putting, had not been cleaned and we're grubby with no loo paper.There was dust and dirt in the cafe, it had a tired scruffy look . The coffee was weak and pretty tasteless .The salted caramel tart slice was great but sadly the place needs a good cleaner and tidy up and revamp . There are plenty of better places to enjoy a coffee and cake .

Great coffee but!!! would not serve in cups although we sat in the café.We drunk our coffee in takeaway plastic/cardboard cups .Very disappointed that the floors and front off fridge/dishwasher was dirty.

What an incredible team! The guys here today were short staffed, but instead of closing or complaining they tweaked their working methods and cracked on. With a smile. This is proper traditional customer service at its best, well done!

Went to visit at 12.30 Sunday lunchtime and found a sign on the door saying back in 20 minutes … 50 minutes later still no sign of openingOther signs on the door said cash only and take away only…. Very poor from such a big Company .. I think I will stick to costa
