Samantha and team were great.She is very organised and calm.Nothing was too much trouble and we were moving to a cottage with tiny front door so difficult to get anything in ! Were cheapest quote and you pay on removal day.Would highly recommend !

This firm moved a piano for us from Knaresborough to Ripon. It was incredibly heavy and large. They were competitive, professional, pleasant to have in the house. I was dreading the move but they did it in no time at all. I would use them again and highly recommend this firm.

A move from London to Yorkshire was accomplished so easily even under lockdown. the whole process from initial contact onwards was easy and stress-free! The removals team were very helpful and pleasant, as well as being quick and efficient, particularly in getting furniture through some very narrow doors.I would always recommend them.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Do not book this removals firm. Rick comes across as a nice guy but he let us down the week before we moved then demanded a deposit that he never wanted before. He had a bed of ours and we had to struggle to get them to deliver it. When he delivered it he refused to take it upstairs. Do not use this removal firm.

We had such a fantastic experience with Ross-Lee removals. They made the whole process so easy. They packed everything for us, dismantled furniture and put it back together at the other side. They didn't complain at all when we realised they couldn't park as close to the house as we had hoped and just continued with a smile. Ross-Lee removals did a fabulous job. They moved us from Ripon to Harrogate. From the initial consultation to the unpacking of the lorry nothing was too much to ask. It was a team job with everyone working hard. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

They were the most expensive quotation I received, however as they'd been recommended by my neighbour I went ahead and used them.They were very efficient at removing everything, though took some pictures from the wall that I'd told them to leave, which i didn't notice until I'd moved, so it cost me to send them to the new owners.The chaps who moved me were pleasant enough.I had two gripes with them. (1) My chest freezer which was only a few weeks old was damaged during the move. I chased them and chased them, getting no satisfactory response. In the end I was told Rick would pop in next time he was in the area". I've been moved over a year and he hasn't "popped in"
