Bubble Boba
I was commented about my weight unexpectedly, I do not recommend going here!!!!I visited bubble boba on 28th may and ordered a passion fruit jasmine tea and was greeted with an unpleasant comment about my weight. The owner that services customers on the iPad made a rude remark that I had lost weight since my last visit. This was unexpected as I never received comments from this place before. I will not be going here again.

Hi so today I tried a drink of bubble boba for the 3rd time and it is not good the 1st time I tried the boba in the drink was over cooked the 2nd time the drink was good and today I tried it for the 3rd time and the boba was not made well when. I told the person serving me the drink about the boba they said that it is freshly made and it is like this only I'm uploading the picture so you all can see how good it is

Drinks are okay the boba is store brought I think and the macaroons are really overpriced you can get them for like a quid in Tesco for a couple but the staff are chill and there chill room to vibe and such overall good place tho.

Lot of flavours to choose from. We bought a rose milk tea and a mixed fruit tea. Both were lovely, especially the rose which was true to its name. The bubbles are kinda small though, I wish there was an option to choose bigger ones. Drinks start at 2.49, so it's easily the cheapest in Coventry. The interior is well done and rather colourful, but it's a bit small so u might not always find a seat for yourself.

Bubble Boba
To be honest bubble boba is quite disappointing. I really wanted to love this place but the boba is always a weird texture. For some reason the boba has a weird bite to it and as a person who drinks a lot of boba that is not normal. I'm not sure if it's because it's over or undercooked. I went for the second time yesterday because I wanted to see if the boba tasted better and the first time I had it thinjing it was just a bad batch but I was proven wrong.Over all the fruit teas are really good and they do male really nice drinks but the nasty boba just let's it down and ruins the experience. I would just suggest going for the fruit tea.

In January me and some friends looked up the opening times on a particular day. The times on Google said they were open. So we made our way there. Once we got there we could see they were closing up. This was super confusing as for on Google it said they were open. One of the employees were locking up (they had short brown/blonde ish hair) so we asked as to why they were closed at this time. The employee was quite agitated and snarky with saying the opening and closing times were wrong with Google and the actual opening and closing times were on some paper which was attached to the front entrance. We pointed out, in a nice way that it should be updated as for not everyone can see the correct time. After this interaction we avoided bubble boba for a while as for we felt un-welcomed by that particular staff member. After a couple of months I decided to try it again as their bubble tea was really good in the past. When I ordered my bubble tea, the boba I got was undercooked and powdery. Since that moment I decided to not go there anymore. Recently me and my partner ordered bubble boba on Deliveroo and what we received was disappointing, the boba was undercooked again and they did not sweeten one of the drinks at all even though we requested 75% sweetness. Overall, I would not recommend going here.

Visited with my nephew.The service was great, there was a slight issue with my order but Mia was quick to correct this and we walked away happy. This is great customer service.Thankyou
