Apsolute shambles. This shop does not monitor how many people enter the shop so it ends up full and people aren't able to keep there distance. If big supermarkets can do it a little shop like this one should be able to do it. Some staff wear masks but others do not and wear it round there neck, which isn't going to protect no-one. Also I have seen numerous people enter this shop without masks and have not been turned away, or reminded to wear a mask. Seems like they are putting profit over safety. Have given it 1 star because they do some good deals on products that's it.

This is my nearest convenience shop but after witnessing so many unpleasant incidents I have decided to shop elsewhere. One member of staff (withholding name) is so rude not only to customers but other staff too.It is not professional to bad mouth colleagues to customers and to bawl at other staff.No wonder there is such a high turnover of staff!The person in question does work hard but customer skills are none existent.Never come across such unprofessional conduct, appalling!

Came in Saturday night was very busy, I bring my parcel for the 1st night had no idea how to use the hermes machine and a guy called Nicolas helped me doing it. Good service I recomand to visit this store..

This is a convenience store and the staff are very friendly. Hand sanitiser is usually available. There is generally a good range of products in the shop, although it's not necessarily reliable. Due example, you might get hummus and courgettes there one day and they might not have it the next two times you go. It's not a major issue for a shop of it's kind but just the reason why I didn't give five stars. It's great for convenience and they even have some vegan and gluten-free options.

Order from the store, wrong item received. Whoever packed did not look at the order as I was sent a bottle (75cl) instead of a box (2.24) of sauvinion blanc. Not for the first time has this has happened.In order to obtain a refund, we have to wait up to 10 days via deliveryNot happy at all. Will not be recommending using deliveries again, but your staff should also be repremanded

Ordered through Just Eat and they delivered the wrong drink, I rang to ask them to send the correct one. The first lady was perfectly reasonable but said they couldn't send anyone out as they don't drive at which point another lady took over the phone. The second lady was just defensive and rude from the start, no effort to manage customer expectations or rectify the matter.

ATM machine almost always left without cash & no notifications - staff are often made aware by customers but couldn't care less. As somebody else said here, Mary of the staff is NOT a cheery soul.

No stock, never ever provide receipts and therefore get away with always overcharging you. Terrible store.
