M&S Opticians

This is an excellent optician practice, friendly, helpful and professional service provided by each member of the team. Both screeners I saw over the two visits (Jack and Shi) were very knowledgable and took time to understand what I needed. The optometrist (Bradley) again took time to explain the issue around my eye. The level of care, clear explanation of the issue including calm reassurance given was outstanding. Great credit to the manager(Jon) for his teams level of service.

This was my first visit to M & S Opticians and won’t be my last. The service was brilliant from all three members of the team that I met. They were able to be both professional and friendly making the whole process enjoyable. I am very happy with my new glasses which fit well and look lovely. Thank you Jack, Bradley and Jon!

Have worn hearing aids for many years now and on passing through M&S noticed they had an audiology department. Decided to have a word with the audiologist and was very impressed.Crawford took me through all the pros and cons, gave me a test there and then.The advice he gave me was excellent so I purchased a new pair of aids and can now actually hear better than I have for years.

My family and I were lucky enough to find the Norwich M&S optician's team, lead by Jon, shortly after it opened just over a year ago. The employees could not be more friendly or helpful. Recently my son was seen by Dr Bradley for his yearly check up. Dr Bradley was extremely professional and generous with his knowledge and advice. Together with Jon and the rest of the team, they put together an excellent care strategy for my son's optical needs. I couldn't give more praise for the Norwich M&S optician's team!

First time at M&S Opticians, was treated so well by all the staff at the branch, my Screener (Jodilla) was so lovely, answered all my questions and explained everything. My Optometrist (Bob Malik) was nothing short of exceptional, he was so thorough in my exam, to get my prescription perfect. And my Dispenser (Jack) was very knowledgeable and friendly, helping guide me to the perfect pair of glasses and accompanying sunglasses. My experience was amazing and I will be back, when the time comes! I’ve been to Specsavers and others before, and you don’t get service like this, worth every penny.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received yesterday. I was greeted by Jack a most pleasant, smart and personable young man. He carried out the initial start to the eye test and then introduced me to Emilyone Vulaj the Optometrist. She was a most pleasant, caring, thoughtful person. She explained in some detail all of the various tests and results of scans, yet in a way that was easy for a lay person to understand. Her professionalism was outstanding. I was then handed back to Jack; again he was brilliant and patient in helping me select my new glasses and the lenses. I valued his opinions particularly so when trying to choose the frames for both my main pair and for a pair of sunglasses. Overall top marks to these two members of the Norwich team.

I was really impressed with this service. Shi was very helpful when I was trying to decide on my frames for my new reading glasses. She was also very professional when processing my order, and friendly when I returned to collect my glasses. Jon checked my glasses when I collected them and adjusted them for me. Bradley was the optometrist who dealt with my order. Really delighted with my purchase!

Unfortunately there was a problem with my glass frame which needed repair. Due to mis communications things didn’t go according to plan. However, Jon the manager, came to the rescue and recovered the situation brilliantly. He has a very pragmatic, common sense approach and puts the customer at the centre of the whole superior customer experience. I highly recommend M&S opticians. It puts other high street operators to shame. I will be back. Thank you and well done.
