I've seen Darren over a couple of months for an ongoing chronic back issue. He is very knowledgable and has really helped with his care, advice and exercise programme. In honesty I've had to adjust my expectations of exactly how a physio should treat you. I was expecting lots of deep tissue massages. This has been very much secondary in the treatment plan however, but the results are going in a very positive direction. My back improvements over the last 2 months are huge and a lot of this is through relatively minor lifestyle adjustments. Darren is easy to work with and won't force things on you if you're struggling. I would highly recommend him based on my results and experience so far.

There was internal building work going on and no receptionist or real waiting space so first impression not good. Physio was excellent though and made up for any shortcomings. Made my husband feel at ease from the start and would have no reservations in recommending Darren.

I find Darren to be very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I had previously been to another physiotherapist (not through Beneden) who didn’t appear to help at all. I have every confidence that with Darren’s expertise my leg will get completely better, I can already do much more than when I saw Darren on my first appointment.
