Reading Buses

My 70 yo father in law was was told his national travel access card is not valid on Reading buses and was not allowed on the X4 bus from Reading town center at 09.40 on Sunday the 24th September. The driver was extremely rude. I think Reading bus needs to retrain a lot of their drivers, firstly on customer service and secondly on the Co. policies. This is a national free travel card for anywhere in the UK on public transport and is funded by the government. My father in law was extremely distressed by this experience....

Complaint after complaint, my family and many others have complained about the long haired , bearded driver (wearing many silver rings) and have not been listened to. He is a racist. He was horrible to my dad (because of his foreign nationality) who was simply a passenger. Before he's accelerated the bus when my father was crossing the road, and put a middle finger up to my dad. Now tell me is that a good driver? I don't think so. Many people we know have complained and nothing has been said or done, so to frankly ignore it is pathetic and we expect better. Until I see him gone from driving buses, suspended, I don't care, you won't be hearing the end of this...

Don't worry if you miss two or three. The next herd of buses will be along sometime in the future. Don't get bogged down with the times on the app either because lots of hard work has been done which results in those times meaning nothing. So don't worry at all. Even at the start of the day this has been put well in place

Buses are late.Buses don't stop on bus stops. Buses are broke down in the middle of roundabout.In the morning so many people waiting for good and smooth service. Everyone want to get to works and schools but because this terrible service everyone's are late.If I will able get zero or minus stars they will get minus 50.Service 13 and 14 in the morning are nightmares!

Unusual one this... I would never have been interested in going to a bus location. How boring does that sound? Very. Well actually I went there with our 3D printer company we use and I was amazed to see that what I had always assumed was in fact quite different. Reading buses are trying to push the boundaries of 3d print to enable them to print bus parts and get damaged buses back on the road promptly.

How can I rate something I haven't been on

I was traveling on Bus No 21 on 9th July late at night and I accidentally left my iPhone on the bus. Only the next morning I realised this and called my phone. It was answered and they told me to collect it at the depo! I was trilled. I asked for the name of the driver so that I could thank Him. But they told me it’s okay.without the honest act all my lovely pictures that I took in the last month Europe tour would be gone!Your preserve my sweet memory of my tour.Thank you. This driver is the rudest man I've ever met, attempts to tell lies about the routes to every passenger because he didn't want to stop to let anyone on because he was running late. Do not trust these busses. They steal and lie and don't provide tickets on the mobile app correctly then never refund

Extremely poor customer service. No care given for bus not turning up. They don’t care as clearly have monopoly over the service.
