Excellent service from the moment you walk on the door, the reception ladies are wonderful and the vets are perfect. Been to another vet for other pets we've had and they don't compare close to the service you get from here. It's amazing and we couldn't be happier with the service.

We always walk away from appointments feeling well looked after well informed about any upcoming g treatments, recommendations around food and diet or any concerns we might have. Whether a routine or emergency appointment, we know we are in good hands.

We’ve been using Park Vets for 12 years to look after our much loved cat and dog. The service is efficient and inspires trust. We are much happier dealing with an independent practice than with part of a large chain.

We have been with Park Vets for 20 years. Has always been great as an independent Vets and reception and medical staff/nurses etc are good but it seems to be all about the money now probably because they are part of a larger group. Consultation prices are high but sort of acceptable if you need to see a Vet in normal hours but they assume you can afford it and don’t give any estimates before recommending investigative scans, medication etc which are very expensive. Most shocking was that my dying dog needed ‘out of hours’ attention (on a Saturday afternoon) and the prices are extortionate. Was referred by the Park Vets emergency hotline (as Park Vets closes at lunchtime on a Saturday) to a Vets in Hemel and they advised me it was £315 just for a consultation (without any medication or treatment). How on earth can they justify more than 6 times the normal consultation fee for an out of hours appointment?. My dog died before I had a chance to take him for the ridiculous consultation fee but how many other pets will die because they need emergency care, issues can’t wait until normal hours and owners can’t afford to pay a rip off charge. Once I told the operator our dog had died and therefore didn’t need the rip off consultation he then starting offering prices for cremations etc with zero empathy. I have another dog and will now be moving Vets. Disgusting - prices need regulating.

My dog gets so excited when he realises we are at Park Vets in Watford and he can’t wait to go inside, which I think speaks louder than words. All the staff are absolutely lovely and the vet we have is just brilliant. Thank you for making my dog feel at home.

Genuine sensible pet centred care without forgetting the owners, which makes taking your pet to the vet almost easy. Excellent value for money and not at all money grabbing. Cannot recommend highly enough

I brought my 17 year old cat nat here but she had problems with her teeth and could not eat had to put her to sleep due to her age. It broke my heart but the staff there outstanding they even offered me a paw print. Top of the range service.
