Staff go above and beyond: when ordering and the delivery service messed up, delaying cold drinks more than an hour on a hot day, they called me directly and apologised, offering to remake them.The staff are always lovely and have never had a bad drink from here. They must be incredibly busy, given the location, but they always take the time to do it right.

Nice that it is situated in Sainsbury's so you can have a pick me up after your shopping. It is fairly small but tables are available inside and out. I've only visited a few times but each time service has been slow, maybe I've just been unlucky with the times I've gone

I usually come in once a week with and sometimes with my son, the staff are always so lovely and go the extra mile for the customers. They always make friendly conversation and remember regulars names 10/10 amazing staff here

The staff is friendly and they try to accommodate you as best they can. I would recommend this coffee shop to everyone it's a great place to meet up with friends.

This is usually my go to starbucks but today's horrendous service has put me off from ever going back! I went there today (26/08/2023) around 4ish in the afternoon. I asked the lady at the till how long the drink will take to make as politely as I could and her response was rude and abrupt! She said however long it takes" extremely rudely! Then the lady who served the drink was disgusting with her customer service! We paid for the drinks and it was like she was giving us charity! I am absolutely appalled with the terrible service provided as Starbucks always have such lovely customer service. These girls need some serious training in customer service!"
