This place is brilliant for children. Massive selection of soft play equipment as well as an upgraded bouncy castle in the centre. Also has ball pool and huge slide. Huge free car park and seating area for parents. I don’t think the cafe is good as the options are high in salt and sugar. Only a few fruit options and a little over priced. Coffee and tea however is good

Lovely place for the kids. But I feel sometimes that it needs a good clean in there. And people also need to keep an eye on the baby area. As 2 old people were in there with their manky bare feet out.

First impressions are that it is clean, tidy and lots for the little one to do. Toddler area has recently been revamped so I am told, and the area looks fantastic. However, there is a complete lack of policing of the area by the staff. Staff say it’s up to parents to keep an eye on their children which is a fair point and something we do, however from my experience there, the majority of parents simply don’t care and are happy to let their kids run around wherever they want. This meant that in the toddler area, where there were a lot of babies, there were also a lot of bigger children running around unattended pushing little ones out of the way without a care in the world. In drakes den, staff are more than happy to deal with this and ask the parents to move children to more age appropriate areas but that doesn’t seem to happen here, possibly as the toddler area is tucked away in the back? Anyway after a lot of tears from being pushed out the way of what my 18 month old wanted to do, we left 30 minutes into our session thoroughly unimpressed. Waste of £5.

We have a good time. It was good that we can go round with our children and play with them.On the down side the music was so loud we could not hear eachother talk at the tables. Also when sat at the tables because of the banners at the back of the football area you can not watch your children play.

Great staff, great value soft play. Well worth the miles we travel. Best soft play this end of the country! Staff always interact with children and put on fun activities and appear to enjoy their jobs.

Lovely, accommodating staff. Helped me change my booking when we couldn't make it. When we did arrive they were friendly and helpful. In particular the young person who helped me clean up the coffee I spilt. Connor, I believe their name was. Very personable, professional and efficient. Kids had a fantastic time. I'd prefer the cafe to have more options but given the low attendance, it would probably be less cost effective. Will definitely recommend and return.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The play area clean. The rest area tables and chairs could be cleaner but with the amount of children running around I can see it's not an easy task..The toilets were accommodating for both adults and children.Spot on

Good indoor play area for all the family, ideal on a rainy day with kids full of energy.Jump is tailored to suit a wide age range with a toddler only play area equipped with a sensory room and a large multi level play area for bigger kids.Jump also offers themed parties, Laser tag and a climbing wall. The cafe does offer reasonable food which isn’t to badly priced.Jump has a security system in place with magnetic doors so your little one can’t escape without you.One thing though, there is a very loud tannoy systemwhich I found quite irritating especially as you couldn’t actually understand what the person was saying.
