I am absolutely thrilled with my wedding flowers and the service from Janine at Ello Flower. She made the whole experience so simple and stress free, and the bouquets, buttonholes and thank you bouquets were all absolutely perfect.Janine was absolutely fabulous and I would 100% trust her eye for flowers and expertise.

I reached out to Ello very last minute (after hours through a facebook message) and was so pleasantly surpised with the response. Sent out bright and early the next day. Great service. We arrived at the shop just as Janine was closing up requiring a tied bunch arrangement and buttonholes for first thing the next day. Although she was laden with bouquets she was just about to deliver, Janine opened the shop and took our order, nothing was too much trouble. The order was ready the next day at 9a.m. and Janine even offered to deliver if we were running late. The arrangement was beautiful and the whole order was excellent value for money. Well done Janine and thank you!

Fantastic service, great comms over the phone for my order and preferences.... just had a phone call from my Aunty to say that she had just had the most beautiful arrangement delivered and was wished a happy birthday by the lady delivering them. Janine from Ello Flower went above and beyond to fulfill my order quickly and I can't thank her enough. I called late in the afternoon on Saturday hoping for same day delivery and she explained that the earliest they could do is Monday when they get more flowers in. I had expected this might be the case and went ahead with the order. When I explained that it was sympathy flowers for a bereaved friend, she said she would try to get the order out on Sunday for me. To my great surprise, my friend texted me less than two hours later thanking me for the beautiful flowers! Janine had taken the trouble of doing them same day after all, and it meant so much to my friend, she said she will keep one of the flowers forever in her memory box. I am so grateful for this brilliant service which brought comfort to my friend on an extremely sad day in her life.

I've relied on Janine @Ello Flower for a few years now, as this time of year my partner has 'opening night' at the Panto in York, while I'm home elsewhere, the flowers and service are always second to none and I honestly wouldn't use anyone else.
