Orlando Bridge Carpets

Wouldn’t bother with them personally, go to a well known store. All talk, will take your money up front and act helpful to begin with. 1* for not finishing a job on the day out of their own insolence, and then taking materials I needed to finish the job back with them that I’d paid for (about £50 worth). Then impossible to contact as they don’t answer their phone, and won’t return to finish a job despite being contacted 3/4 times, and me being willing to pay the £50 fitters fee. Also did a pretty poor job of cutting lino to fit the floor quite frankly, can still see the ash felt underneath in the corners. Whatever, got someone else to sort it now and won’t be getting any business in a few years when I sell up and move on.

What went wrong? Used to be a great place. Used them many times in the past. Always championed them before. Now they just cant be bothered. Spent over a week trying to get a quote. Provided all my measurements. Said he would come back. When i chased up for the final time - said he was too busy to work out a price and couldnt tell me when he would be in a position to do so. Totally unhelpful with no regard to customer care. Not the orlando of old. Had no choice but to go elsewhere….shame.

Excellent choice. Exceptionally helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy, spent time helping and explaining. Got a lovely brew. Got a fabulous carpet at a fabulous price. Would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic brilliant from quote to fitting..had my whole house done in a day..also bought a king size bed which the carpet fitter put together for me..he even installed my new washer and dryer..highly reccomend this place ..brilliant.

Didn’t turn up to quote job on 3 occasion's. Refused to admit fault on another job, poor customer services

We were looking for a particular style of carpet and colours and were struggling. One of our neighbours suggested a visit as they had a carpet fitted some months previous and were happy with the result. The staff were very helpful and even allowed us to take the samples home to make sure they were exactly what we wanted. When we decided the rooms were measured and a price agreed. We have since had three rooms plus the stairs and landing renewed. All the carpets have been professionally fitted by Nathan over a number of visits, excellent job, thank you. Dealing with Orlando Carpets was very simple and the carpets are a good quality. Based on our experience we would recommend a visit.

A speedy response to my enquiry, a fair price and great skill, very impressed with how the guys screened the uneven floor and laid the LVT flooring, it looks so stylish, thank you very much to the whole team. Can't wait to get the plastering and painting done to get the upstairs carpets laid now.

Shocking customer service, they delivered the carpet in a terrible condition, creased / dumped in the hall and when my elderly parents called to discuss they didn't give a .......Avoid this place if you care about receiving a: quality product, b:quality service
