I sold my property through Andrew Craig of Gosforth. All the ladies make a fantastic team. They were prompt in evaluating the property and advertising it; the valuation was very realistic & an offer was accepted within a couple of weeks. They were always very prompt in replying to any emails / phone calls and were always helpful. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the solicitors they recommend, as they caused unnecessary delays in completing the sale. If I ever have another property to sell in Newcastle area, I would certainly go to them again.

The lettings team at Andrew Craig Gosforth branch have done an outstanding job of finding tenant's for Regent's Plaza, a build to rent development, consisting of 70 apartments. The building was fully occupied within the short target time frame. They diligently qualified all the prospective tenant's and carried out viewings until 70 sets of tenants were found who satisfied our referencing criteria. The process was seamless and we are delighted to have built an excellent ongoing relationship with the team.

We first made contact with Andrew Craig in 2021 when we were thinking about selling our family home. Janet visited our house, gave us some advice on preparing our property for sale but understood that at that point we weren't ready to sell due to family circumstances. A year later when the property went on the market we were very happy with the photos, marketing, viewing and valuation. We were lucky to have a few offers so they helped us to chose the right one for us.
