It has been nearly two years since a hairdresser last saw my hair - and even longer since I was in a salon - but everyone at The Parlour made me feel really welcome. I had a chat with Angie over the phone, and organised to come in to talk to my stylist Lynn to decide what we'd do and have a patch test. A week later I was comfy in my chair having my before photos".I love what Lynn has done - refreshing a really tired balyage and making my wild hair sleek and smooth. It's so subtle and the blending of colours is so pretty. Thank you so much!"

Made my 2nd visit to this lovely, friendly hair salon after recently moving to Boldon Colliery. Had a colour done today and I've thrilled go bits with it!! Staff are all so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be a regular client. Special thanks to Jamie-Leigh and Lauren.

Absolutely awesome. Lynn is really great; clearly really knows what she’s doing and took a lot of care doing it! Came in with a frizzy orange mop and left with a really nicely blended, fresh and natural looking colour and great cut.

Definitely will go back again!Easy to book an appointment over the phone. Everyone was very friendly on arrival and made me feel comfortable with everything very clean.Scalp massage during the wash was an added bonus.Jamie was very good. Have lovely suggestions to make my hair look better and cut it very nicely.I’ll definitely book to come back again and plan to make it my regular from now on!Thanks!
