Absolutely good service, recommended a 100 percent

I had a cracked phone screen and as I'd literally just dropped my phone on linthorpe road this was the first shop I came to I was charged 60 it toke about an hour and 15 mins he gave me my phone back with eleastc bands around it didn't put the bit that goes around the camera back on told to wait an hour or so to take the elastic bands off shouldn't of had them on to begin with I leave them on my phone screen is lifting off when I do take them off because its not on properly its also causing lines in my screen so not only did you not do a good job it'd worse than when it came in to be fixed and I received no receipt at all nice one you've butchered my phone I will never use this shop again will have to buy a new phone should of done that to begin with very poor service and very poor quality of the repair at such an expensive price

do not go to Fonestation or repair the rip you off and put copy parts in phones and take general out off phone and do is to disable and the phone has screen burn and he was lipped to me and I got checked out to a different phone shop said and screen burn and basically want it said lie to me done this to a disability wouldn't refund me the money back and the only give me £190 and I pay £220 for it and he took the receipt off me plassed do go to is phone because he will rip off I nor will take general parts out off phone out and put copy parts in phone and do said with repair to and do go to phone shope 100% do not go because will happen to you to please do not go he will 100% rip off and they used to have a phone shop in TalkTalk in Middlesbrough bus station and do said the to rip people off to 100 he do

Where to start with these.Went to get the housing changed on my iPhone xs max and it came out worse they had it three days and still couldn’t fix the problems they caused. Face ID not working, earpiece not working, vibration not working, no front or back camera, screen all dodgy and phone turns off and on. These are cowboys not real iphone repairs they will use second hand parts and if something goes wrong blame you. Got given £50 refund when the phone costs £180, £50 and no phone for work. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!

These guys were brilliant, phone was ready early and the price was definetly the best we've been quoted for a cracked screen. Definetly recommended them

Fixed phone in good time, replaced charging port. although gave conflicting price on what was originally agreed over the phone, but he did honour his quote.... eventually.

DO NOT get your phone service done here.

Took my phone in to get the under bit of the screen fixed, got my phone back after hours and hours of them saying it was almost ready for my battery to not even barely last 15 minutes anymore when its usually fine and both of my cameras both faint and tinted! Face ID no longer works either! Absolutely ruined my phone and denied it all saying it was fine when they handed it over when they wouldn’t even give me my phone for hours after they first said it would’ve been ready!

Been taking my phone to Fonestation since last year. The workers there are really kind and helpful. Always doing a top job on repairs. Without a doubt, the best place for phone repairs in Middlesbrough. 100% recommended.
