I recently had a route canal with Laura. I was very impressed by this dentist. She was very kind and explained everything every step of the way, it was a very straight forward no problems experience and she kindly showed me what she was going to do each step of the way removing any anxiety. Very kind dentist. Very patient and listened to my concerns. excellent service and i highly recommend Laura. She did a great job on my root canal and fillings thank you. She asked me if it felt ok afterwards and I couldn’t tell because of all the numbing agent but now I’ve had chance to evaluate it’s probably one of the best fillings I’ve ever had, I cannot feel anything unusual in my mouth, it feels very secure and comfortable. No problems here! Thanks Laura.

Staff very helpful and very good with the dogs moved home and was a bit worried about moving dogs but very happy

Hi i find my vet and receptionist always knowledgeable, they know how to calm us the owner of our fur babies calm especially if i am wanting an appointment right away, my experience at the surgery makes me feel comfortable every time. Never have i waited too long in reception, receptionist always talks and ask how we are doing ,plus settling Archie (dog) with stroking, and a treat always waiting. Consultaion is always very clear and in my own opinion i don't feel the consultation is rushed. Instruction for meds are very clear. If needed a follow up call may be required. My surgery is very very clean and smells fresh. Produce rack as in food packs visible but not over crowded. I know my pet doesn't hesitate when entering the building.Well done Links vets Prestonpans .

Got an appointment really quickly. Receptionist and vet were both really nice and welcoming. The vet was very gentle with my dog Millie and explained everything in detail to me, talking through what she was doing at every step. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly, and more than happy to offer advice and peace of mind over the phone! Our lives coming to this practice because she knows that she gets all the attention from the staff there, which is a great thing to see!

Friendly service and my dogs benefit from the health plan

We have a slightly nervous, very animal reactive greyhound. We are always given a good slot when we go, so there are either no other animals or we wait outside to be called in. The vets are always friendly and informative, very good communication. The fact they have their own hospital is also a plus. The building itself is always spotless and tidy and receptionists always helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone.
