Placed an order in early November - 4 weeks notice and they did not deliver. Called them and they promised to deliver the next day. Nothing. Waited a couple days until 5pm thinking each day maybe it would arrive - nothing and phones not answered after this time. Chased again and they said definitely by 5pm that day. Nothing. Called AGAIN and they said, with no apology, the first delivery date we can get you is in 3 days." I was really nice and understanding up until that point.Ridiculous. Order cancelled and will definitely never be ordering from them again and I warn you - if you actually want a Christmas tree

We had ordered previously from Christmas Trees Delivered to our satisfaction. However, this Christmas tree delivered this year was well outside of “reasonable” for a 6’ tree. The first 18” was just trunk. Therefore the actual tree was ca. 4’6”. In addition, the tabletop tree which was ordered wasn’t delivered at all. While to their credit they offered to deliver another tree, a refund was promptly ruled out by management. 0/5 stars. Avoid.

Excellent shop! The Christmas tree was delivered and even brought to the first floor on the appointed day. The tree itself is absolutely gorgeous, huge and fluffy ! Thanks Cara and team! I definitely recommend.

Christmas Trees Delivered
I have buying my Christmas Tree from them for the past 3 years. This year’s tree delivery didn’t have a good start with my tree not coming on day, and the tree quality lower than expected. However, Cara and team were very responsive and very quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new, beautiful tree immediately and replacing the previous one. The tree looks gorgeous! Thanks Cara.

Why google doesn't offer the chance to give zero star?Avoid this company. Do not use it. Failed to deliver the tree a week ago, emailed them and got a reply saying that the courier was the problem. They were not able to provide either the name of the courier or a tracking number. After failing to answer my further emails I called them and they said were investigating and promised that they would have contacted me by the end of the day (last Friday). I'm still waiting. Asked for a refund, no answer. Luckily I paid using Paypal which should protect my money. Looking at other reviews you can definitely see a pattern. AVOID!

Ordered a 7ft tree straight after we heard the London Tier 4 announcement this year, once we realised we wouldn’t be able to visit family as planned. The most gorgeous tree arrived at my door the next working day. Beautiful and full and even foliage, it really made our Christmas feel special. I’m genuinely so impressed with the quality and service just a few days before Christmas. Thanks very much!

First time this year I ordered a Christmas tree in a pot. It was delivered on the next day and it looks absolutely stunning! It’s 5-6ft looks healthy and I can not wait to decorate it! After Christmas I’ll repot in a bigger pot and leave in garden until next Christmas. Brilliant idea and saves cutting trees every year! Very pleased with delivery and customer service!

Do not use. My wife ordered a tree that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. No communication since purchase. On Friday when no tree arrived she contacted the company and was eventually told the delivery company lost" the tree and that they'd arrange an urgent refund. Emails sent and no response
