Sweet Campers

Had a great weekend taking Olive to the Lake District July 2020 - first weekend after COVID Lockdown. 2 adults, 2 teenagers camping at Lake Coniston & Keswick. She was spotlessly clean and didn’t miss a beat getting admiring looks and comments everywhere we went. Van was well equipped with everything we needed and the pop up roof meant there was just enough space for all 4 of us.. can’t wait to hire her again. Thoroughly recommend the experience.

We entered the Sweet Campers competition to win a break in olive last year and we was lucky enough to be drawn out and win. We had previously taken Olive away for the weekend and loved every minute of it. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to have won another break.We had quite a lot of rain the weekend we picked, but this didn't dampen our fun and excitement. Olive is a dream to drive and so much fun. We had an amazing time....just wish she was mine lol.Graham was as amazing as Olive, he was there anytime to answer questions or help out. Very professional, friendly and great service.We are already looking forward to booking to go away in Olive again.

Hired the Campervan for my daughter,s wedding, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, she and hubby, enjoyed the polite friendly company of their driver Graham from start to finish, I would highly recommend sweet campers

We booked with sweet campers last minute for a family day out in July 2014, Booking was easy and the website was really useful we were a bit worried about driving the camper van as we'd never hired one before but my husband soon got used to its rustic charm and we even risked a last minute visit to Saltburn for fish and chips despite the steep hill! I was a bit worried about safety but our car seats fitted the seat belts in the camper van no problem and we'd definitely book with sweet camper again. the boys (including my husband) didn't stop smiling from the moment we set off. the seats were comfortable and the camper van was surprisingly spacious we'd definitely consider booking for a long weekend in future. the owners have included a picnic hamper, blanket and table and chairs which was really useful and easy to put up and the camper van has a fridge so we could literally just turn up with everything provided. Excellent camper van and a wonderful day out, we've recommended sweet campers to family and friends already.

We had a fun weekend (two adults and a five year old) in this VW campervan. It was a genuine seventies vehicle: quirky, modest but with a definite street cred (drivers don't normally wave or smile at me). We also hired the drive-away awning which gave us the best of both worlds - space when we camped and a compact vehicle to drive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Campers.
