Staff all had smiles on their faces.Food was really good especially for a soft pay facility! And fair prices!They handled my son’s gluten allergy better than most restaurants!Only thing I would change is the amount of “ride on toys “ (pepper pig) on the sides….

Attended a birthday party. On entry we had to register which only makes sense as it's a controlled environment. The staff were attentive and co-ordinated the party events thoughtfully. We had stuffed animals, birthday cake and Skye of Paw Patrol which was great.The latte was yummy as well as the tea.I highly recommend this place for toddler parties.

I've brought my daughter here many times it's her favourite place to go. I've just had a breakfast for the first time here and my god it's the most nicest breakfast I've had out!! Such a nice play centre to come too.

We really like it here and the chips are amazing! My daughter loves it here . My only concern is I think there could be more monitoring on children utilising the right area as I have seen many times older kids in the baby and toddler area launching stuff and staff ate not very proactive in challenging it, I can appreciate it is the parents job as well its just frustrating at times !

First time I’ve been here since I was little and it was chuckles. It’s been amazing experience. My son suffers with sensory issues and can get overwhelmed if it’s too loud and it wasn’t too loud the music was not too loud. He won’t normally go on anything without us but he has been on every part on his own. I can’t even keep him still enough to eat his dinner. The food was lovely also and affordable. We will definitely be coming again xx

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here. The staff were fab and helpful. All the children had a great time. Some of the adults had lunch too and said it was good food.My only item perhaps for Jilbee to consider is fries instead of the chunky chips with the party food. I think the children would enjoy them more.But overall will definitely hold a party there again.

Just spent the morning here with my daughter in law and 11 month old grandson Artie. We all had a wonderful time. It was warm, clean and welcoming. There were places to sit and watch but also I was able to take my shoes off and climb in to the action. Great. The catering was excellent: generous sized coffee served in proper mugs and lovely pancakes with Biscoff and ice cream. Overall a great treat and a lovely place to take young kids. We will return I’m sure.

Love this place. Its great for kids. Safe and the food is fantastic. Prices are brilliant. Best thing is having a child with additional needs and sensory issues and the toilets having a VERY quiet hand dryer so my child isn’t terrified of drying hands!!

Clean soft play with really good food. We have been several times and have just had my sons 4th birthday party there. Very organised and everyone loved it. Due to the flooding in Chesterfield, we were concerned about everyone getting to the party safely for 10am on the Saturday and Jilbee managed to move the party to ensure it could go ahead. I couldn’t believe how accommodating they were and we are so so grateful!
