TERRIBLEVery very poor customer service with this company , after I spoke to them regarding my water bill I discussed the cost of my direct debit and agreed on a price and without notice after our conversation (while in a cost of living crisis ) took out much more than discussed. Very poor understanding and very poor company really do not recommend this company at all !

As usual, it is really easy to get in touch with Leep Utilities on the phone, and many thanks for Liam for sorting out my Direct Debit payments.

Enitan helped me. The call was answered quickly, I had 2 emails I was concerned about about the change of details and no time was wasted in telling me not to do anything as everything is changed automatically. Thanks!
