I can't recommend Castles enough. After not having much success selling my home with a previous estate agent, I decided to move to Castles and I’m so pleased I did!Living abroad and trying to sell a house in the UK definitely had its challenges, but from the very start of the process to completion, both Gavin and Heidi were a breath of fresh air, very professional, approachable and super helpful. Even when dealing with all my emails, messages etc, and a painfully slow solicitor (on the buyers’ side)! The lines of communication were always open.Plus, the photography and virtual tours of my home were of the highest quality and made my property look stunning.Castles are definitely experts in their field and if you’re looking for an estate agent you can trust, then go with Castles, you will not be disappointed!

Great support when selling my late Fathers property. Regular viewings co-ordinated, all staff from Directors to admin staff very pleasant and approachable. Clearly passionate about what they do, they produced fantastic photos, videos and social media posts as well as thorough descriptions of the house. Having not moved house in over 30 years it was with some concern that I contacted Castle Estates. I need not have worried, throughout the process, which was a long and painful one due to probate issues, both Gavin and Heidi kept me informed, and when required, advised.I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family

We have had these to handle a art ex on our home, from valuation to general calls they have been nothing short of great. Treated me with respect and the key thing for me which seems small but to be is significant, When I called they asked for my name. I wasn't just a house number like I was with Scrivens. I would definitely recommend Castle from my experience. High tech equipment, really friendly agents and team, speedy turn around.

Hannah was really helpful right from the start and was able to have the photos taken and get the house listed really quickly. We had viewings almost immediately and offers came in straight away.
