I've ordered a towel rail and a new shower screen on separate occasions and had equally good experiences. Amazing value and great quality products!

We ordered a shower tray from this company at the end of September. It didn't arrive. They do not answer their phone, they do not reply to emails. We don't have the shower tray.

I order a shower tray from this company, I called twice and was promised either a delivery date or someone to call straight back. They have now stopped answering the phones and despite several e-mails requesting a refund they have failed to respond.

Do not use this company. Delivered the wrong item. Called numerous times, no-one answers. Forget emailing them, they don't answer those either.

Absolute shambles. Item apparently lost in transit but no tracking number provided so may or not be true. After 1 week of apparently chasing the courier I asked for a refund as a replacement could not be sent (my order was the last item in stock). At this point they stopped responding to my emails. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back which took a few weeks but sorted in the end.In the middle of an extension build hadd to source a replacement quickly from Plumbworld and so glad I did because it's a beauty and delivered quickly by a reputable company unlike this shower of **** company

10 days since the order, Item is apparently in stock and delivery according to their website takes 3-4 days. Granted there could be delays... but one would expect some communication about it, emailed 3 times, no response. Called multiple times, only getting through once and I was told its with the courier and that they will contact the courier and call me back.. Still waiting for the callback.Can't keep waiting so I have asked for a refund via email; I doubt they will read it might just ignore it; a company that cannot respond to a new customers emails are unlikely to give a **** about doing a refund in a timely manner so I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card provider.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THE TRUSTPILOT RATING ON THEIR WEBSITE IS FAKE 5 STARS, WE CAN ALL SEE THE REALITY HERE, WISH I HAD CHECKED HERE FIRST!

Awful service, customer service non existence. Placed an order 28 July, 3-4 days delivery, 15 days later still not received it. I have emailed, phoned several times, just keep ignoring me. Avoid!!! Now received item, just wished they'd responded sooner

I can only report that this is a completely dysfunctional company from my experience recently. Shower enclosure ordered and paid for on 12/7/22 (luckily not in a hurry for it). I received order confirmation email but then nothing else. Phoned for update beginning of August to be told it had been dispatched on 18/7/22 and they would look into and call me back. Didn’t received any phone call or update back so followed up with email. No reply to emails and by start of Sept it was impossible to get through on the phone. Finally managed at told that a replacement item would be dispatched 9/9/22 with confirmation email. Neither an email or replacement enclosure were received so after many more phone call attempts I got through on 16/9/22 to ask for a full refund. Told it would be processed immediately and I’d receive confirmation via email. Obviously it’s no surprise that neither email or refund have been received. Currently emailing and phoning to chase refund and recover £365.98.
