Staff unpleasant, place dirty, face lights in the machine not working… when I addressed the issue the answer was “sorry I didn’t have time to change them”. Well don’t use the machine if not working properly…

I go for a few tanning booth sessions at Liverpool St Station at the start of each summer because it’s close to work. I’ve never had to wait very long, the booths are clean, the staff are friendly and they make sure that you know how to tan safely. I appreciate how knowledgable they are and that they care about their customers. Great place, lovely vibe, and a very convenient location for city workers!

To say this place is dirty would be putting it mildly. Had to clean other people’s sweat off the bed. Staff not the greatest. A lot more expensive than other salons.

I started to come here weekly for a standing tan session. I met three different shop assistants, and they all were very friendly, professional and helpful. The place always looks clean, and I didn’t have to wait as they have plenty of standing tanning booths. I will keep coming. Thanks, guys.

Overpriced for what it is. I paid £11 for 7 minutes. No deodorant or dry tissues provided. You only get a wet wipe and eye protectors. If you go during lunch time expect to queue. Only one tan bed which takes ages to get. The rest are stand-up booths.

I have given this place a 5 stars due to staff and equipment. However as a receptionist I was shocked that the receptionist here was standing, my colleague that was with me felt the same way. It felt so unethical that I felt uncomfortable and have seen previous staff standing too. Bless them being treated like security. Let them have a nice cosy seat we are in 2023, thank God they don't have to wear heals too.

Popped in a few days ago around 3pm, no waiting at all. Several stand up booths available. It was my first time sun bedding and the ladies at the reception were very helpful and attentive. I didn't catch their names but they provided excellent customer service! Will be back soon

Very clean, powerful sunbeds and excellent service 5*. The manager Jurate is very friendly, super helpful and very diligent. She makes me smile every time I come in! I've tanned here for 2 years over 100 visits and every single one has been a positive experience.

Just wanted to say thank you for keeping hold of my lost gold bangle.I came here for a tanning session and left my very precious heirloom in one of the rooms. I called back a few days later when I realised and was so pleased they had it and held it for me until I was able to collect it.Will definitely be back to use the standup tanning booths again.Thank you!
