Barefoot Boardriders - Surf School

We did both the surfing lesson as the coasteering with Taylor and Jack. They are easing going and well organized. Kids of 10 years had most fun jumping of the rocks! It s a small company run by this couple in the season. I can really recommend booking them!

If you have been contemplating going Coasteering but always had concerns - then book with these guys, they have a quick online booking service, with immediate text confirmation and day before reminder which is very reassuring, they also pick up the phone if you have any queries or concerns - Jack our instructor was excellent, he made us feel at ease and always reassured when either climbing, jumping or swimming.The two hour’s goes super fast we went from Stackpole which was excellent and will book again from Newgale next time we are down west for another experience.In short a well run process to book, very friendly instructor and always ready to pick up the phone for any concerns.All round brilliant experience and would clearly recommend!!Well Done & Thank You Barefoot Boardriders!!!Andrew & Ilona

My daughter attended surf lessons through the summer months and absolutely loved it. Jack and Taylor are fab and Jack is a great instructor. She can't wait to get back out on the waves next season! Highly recommend Barefoot Boardriders if you want to learn surfing!

Booked, both a Surf Lesson and Coasteering across two sessions for myself and my two sons aged 8 and 11 with Barefoot Boardriders, can’t recommend enough.Jack was excellent with us all, especially the boys tailoring the session to there ability as well as knowledgeable about the activities and the area. Would recommend as a family activity, group of friends or anyone looking to try something new.Thanks for a great experience made the holiday.

My son has taken part in surfing lessons all summer and he has absolutely loved it. The instructors take the time to teach all the children the necessary skills for surfing as well as safety in the water. Looking forward to the next season.

I had an amazing morning with Jack. He was so patient and I felt my surfing improve significantly within the one session. It ended up being the highlight of my week long holiday there. I could not recommend his lesson enough!

Absolutely LOVED it! Jack was so friendly and helpful and really encouraging. The wetsuits were 10/10! I wasn’t cold at all (and that was my biggest fear being not used to these cold waters!) We had so much time to practise in the sea and learn by doing. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner in my holiday as I’d have happily gone everyday! Throughly enjoyed and a perfect way to end my holiday!
