I payd £9 today for Daktacort 2%/1%But when I checked onlineDrug tariff price is £2.49Lloyd's pharmacy £5.49Also always needs waiting for the medication from 15 to 30min ( they want you to do shopping)

Disgusting service. I was asked for identification for my prescription, I was also asked to verify what I was receiving. I feel this is s total breech of my confidentiality, I found this embarrassing and belittling.

Needs wait a lot to get medicine( about 10 - 15 min) also they lost my prescription proof so I missed medication for 4 days

If you get the right pharmacist this place is great ,If you get the right members of staff this place is tremendous, if someone answers the phone this place is fantastic, and if you get the right prescription you feel like you have won the lottery. But sadly just like the lottery you have around 1 in 4,000,000 chances of all these happened at the same time .So just the one star from me Go home change your jobs and do something you like .

Absolute joke can't even pick up the phone got told my medication would be ready 3 days ago. I now have no medication and feel ill
