Less than average food quality, almost 1 hour wait for coffee, not getting your food unless you chase for it. Pretty poor service for food and drinks. I guess it might be better if you there to loose your £

Went for an evening with my cousin to play roulette...it was her first visit so the receptionist registered her details ...took our coats as it was pouring with rain very helpful and polite...we played roulette the croupier explained a few rules about betting again helpful professional attitude of the staff...we played for a few hours ...didn't win or loose came out with the same money we went in with ...it was a fun evening thankyou

Wouldn’t let me in because I was deaf and I lost balance. I lost balance because I am deaf. They wouldn’t give me a decent reason to why I was not let in. No reason or detail at all apart from the fact I lost balance….

Had some bar food which was nice and played the tables. Nowhere near as busy as the old days however it was easier to get on the tables. Just lacked a little atmosphere.

Went there 3 of us on a Friday evening for the main event.The food we ordered the moment we walked in 7:20pm, came AFTER the break, leaving us with a decision....play or eat?And not only that, the order was wrong! Chasing for the food or someone to correct the wrong order food....impossible.Don't waste your money, time to this place. Doesn't worth it. Avoid at all cost!

So many machines were being double played by people or had the person away cards. Staff do not manage this to allow people on the machines. In addition the drink service has something to be desired...as in its rubbish!
