Excellent service,Had to return a laser for repair due to the diodes cutting out intermittently after a year of use.The technical support was superb and and provided a hassle free returns and repair procedure.Laser is now working perfectly after a rewire of the safety circuit, thanks!

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service and lack of willingness to resolve an outstanding debt. I ordered an Opus Quad back in April which was not received and hence cancelled the order. After chasing many times for the refund, it was finally paid via PayPal despite paying by debit card. The refund was later withdrawn by DJKit citing goods not received. I am now left with a debt of £2,913 for which I am receiving daily emails and calls to pay. This is completely not acceptable.

Popped in to see about upgrading my current kit, the staff are very knowledgeable on the latest equipment and what is best to suit my needs, did not purchase anything on that visit but have purchased via their website in the past. Top notch service.

Visited the shop, really impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the ability to offer demonstration on equipment. I have purchased products online but was great to attend the shop. Lots of parking and space.

I ordered a stylus for one of my turntables but when I turned up the needle was loose. I emailed the company and told them and within about 2 hours, there was a new one dispatched to me no questions asked. I can’t thank them enough. Brilliant service.
