Long hair found in chips and I feel that this place is over priced because the chicken burger i ordered was just 2 basic tiny fillets. They didn't acknowledge my polite request for no gherkins and it was cold upon arrival. Having fancy marketing packaging and an app doesn't make up for any of this and it certainly isn't a reason to rip people off.
