I've used this company many times and it's been a straightforward process up till this time.My parcel was delivered direct from the manufacturer, so I didn't receive delivery updates (or indeed delivery).Within an hour of contacting ag woodcare, the missing item was located and the company offered to have it collected and couriered to me.When you are buying via the Internet, excellent customer service is what I really appreciate. I know they have a robust process that works most of the time and it's great to know that they try hard to fix it on the odd occasion that things haven't gone perfectly.

Fantastic service and great prices. I had several tins of lacquer made to order using RAL colour codes and they were delivered within a few days of ordering. All tins were sealed with spring clips then for extra measure the lids were also taped for extra security. The tins were placed in a stiff double wall cardboard box and packed out for transit ensuring the contents arrived safely.

Incredible service! I ordered some items on 8th and they arrived on 11th exactly as ordered and not damaged. Such a fast and efficient service. My previous experiences of online shopping have been dire with very unreliable delivery of faulty goods which were a nightmare to replace. Sound familiar?! I swore never to buy online again. Surprisingly I had to purchase these general household goods online as I couldn’t buy them in person. My first purchase with this co. has been a revelation. Thank you!

Fantastic product, does exactly as adverts described, delighted with it. Low odour, dries quickly, covers large areas quickly, lovely finish. Will definitely be the only floor varnish I'd use now.

We used two of their Village Green water based wood stains, Basil & Light Teal. We used them to stain the inside of our cabin. The inside of our cabin is lined with wood with a very beautiful grain, which we wanted to still be visible, hence our choice for a stain. Beautiful colours, we bought a few testers first & narrowed it down. Really easy to apply, we even stained the ceiling with just a paint brush. The finished effect is very beautiful.Will definitely use again in the future! Wide range of colours. Speedy delivery too. Highly recommend.

We first used this company a few years ago for exterior wood care (water based oil) and were so impressed we returned for help with another project.We wanted the same products, but colour matching was a problem to co-ordinate existing and replacement benches in the village, but the help and advice has been amazing and we are delighted with the results!
