Birchfield Road Post Office

Really friendly and welcoming local postoffice been coming here for awhile , to get my letter posted and other services, one thing I always buy here are the Yodeyma perfumes love these they have so new lines in now too

I love this post office, the staff here are so amazing and friendly, they’re always so busy but they provide you with the upmost care and respect. Whenever I need any help with sending parcels Kawal always tells me about the best ways to send them and when I needed to do a money gram transfer she was so patience and made sure everything was done to perfection. The ladies at the front shop are also always willing to help and will greet you with a smile no matter what. This is the only post office I will ever be going too

Excellent service, warm and welcoming staff.

They have 2 queues for sending parcels got attacked by a customer for getting served before her even though I waited in an different queue the member of staff took her side behind the counter. Next time I will actually inform police if I am attacked again :) I am within my rights to do this unless you make it clearer to customers that these are different queues. I shouldn't have to do your job for you. Next time be careful and sort it out inside of siding with the karens of this world.

Post office got this lady, attitude queen. She is busy talking on phone and instead of serving me. Another time they opened my letter to get postal order out because they made a mistake, no need for taking permission! even though it’s illegal to do so.When i asked why they opened my letter without asking me, the attitude queen was “What’s wrong with that” “You’re just looking for trouble”Old lady and the lady in retail counter is very nice.But that attitude queen( Sits next to the old lady for postal service) she has got no manners.She treats customers like she is the boss. Sometimes use the magic word ‘Please’ and ‘Thank you’, it doesn’t make you less.

The BEST post office I’ve ever used. Aunty at post office part is so kind and very friendly. Even when it’s an awful day or she’s dealing with horrible customers she still continues to smile. Service is 10/10 they even doing social distancing due to covid-19. Hate going elsewhere when I can get everything from my favourite birchfield post office. ;)

Great friendly post office! Always have the info I need and the customer service is second to none. They have so many services there which makes it very convenient for me. Can highly recommend to anyone!
