Called on this company for an emergency plumbing repair. Wouldn't attend without my first paying a £240 call out fee despite website stating no call out fee". Repair fixed but left before checking that heating was working and consequently tenant left in a flooded house without any heating and no hot water downstairs until the following day in sub zero temperatures. Came back following day to sort out heating and charged an additional £60 for a tap repair but despite asking
