I haven’t had the easiest process as a first time buyer dealing with solicitors and things but Elle was always on the other side of the phone, happy to help, chasing things for me and getting back to me within a timely manner! If I’m honest I wouldn’t know what I’d have done without her she has been fantastic.Thank you so much ElleI also want to mention frankie, our mortgage advisor. She was also amazing and very efficient and formative in what she does.I definitely recommend and will consider using William H brown in the future if needs be (hopefully won’t need too, haha!) all the ladies and gent at the branch are lovely too

I cannot recommend the team at William H Brown in Dinnington enough! Everything from start to finish has been so easy, and everyone has been so helpful - especially as we were first time buyers and had lots of questions.Frankie was amazing at sorting us with a mortgage and making sure we had all of the right insurances and helped us arrange viewings alongside Jane. We ended up purchasing the first house we went to view.Elle then took over and was so on the ball, helping us chase solicitors and was always a phone call or email away if we needed anything.Highly recommend - we couldn’t have asked for a better team of people.

Been a first time buyer is scary enough without knowing how the process works, throw in the current market volatility and it’s a nightmare, however, Jane & Elle are two of the most helpful, friendly and advisable people I have met on my journey on to the property market.
