I have had a couple of interactions with Patrick. before Christmas I sold an old iMac to him and he was very fair and transparent as we discussed price. This week I was attempting a scary Restore from Backup procedure, and he was happy to talk me through it on the phone. Great service - I cannot recommend highly enough.

This place has one of the best customer services I've encountered in a long time, honesty above all and brilliant and quick work. I took my MacBook Air for a software restoration and only took 20 min. Will use again and definitely recommend!

I have taken iPhones and iPads here for years now thinking they are not worth repairing. I must say nothing is too much trouble. Patrick is superb; always explains what can be done, alternatives can be discussed as necessary. Repairs are done quickly - usually while you wait and my favourite devices are still going strong, behaving like new. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for Apple repairs. Great job done by Northampton Apple Repair. iPhone 6 screen repaired in less than an hour with genuine Apple parts at much less cost than a similar repair done by a well known chain in London recently. Friendly, professional service too. Highly recommended - we'll go back next time we need a repair.

Just had two iPads repaired in double quick time by Patrick who was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The out of the way location isn't easy to find, but is worth the trip and there is parking outside the premises. The component parts replace were of better quality than the screens which broke, which is also a consideration when repairing. The cost was fine, £65 for a good quality repair. Highly recommended, will be using again.

I have taken a few devices to Patrick in the last 2 years and he is fantastic. Excellent and fast service, very good pricing and a sensible approach to repairs. I went to see him this morning with a Macbook Pro which was failing to charge and he diagnosed/solved the issue in less than a minute. I recommend him to anyone I know with a Mac in the area.

I took my iPhone 6s Plus to Patrick today because it wouldn't charge properlyWithin seconds he diagnosed the problem, and went on to fix it a few minutes later.I went it with a nearly useless phone and came out with one that was working perfectly once again.Fast, efficient, and friendly.....highly recommended.

Patrick provided professional and valuable advice, in this present climate when everything technology is an essential means of contact for work and staying in contact with friends and loved ones . Took my 2011 MacBook Pro in as it stopped charging. Within minutes Patrick confirmed it was simply a faulty charger and that my laptop was fine. He really knows his stuff and gave me some great advice. Truly excellent service and would recommend to anyone.
