Second time I have used this company. Great service and always responded to emails.Shutters are from circa 1979 and were able to get the parts needed.I live in Cyprus and was arrangering it on behalf of my mother. The quality of the service provided took away a lot of worry in getting the job completed.Well done!Special thanks to Kieran and SashaWould highly recommend this company.

Booked a repair on 22 Nov 2022 on behalf of my parents who are 70 years old and on a pension. Job was completed on 28th Nov 2022. The motor needed replacing but the total cost for the repair was extortionate (all prices below Inc vat) -Call out charge - £1021 hour cost to check fault - £74Motor and fittings - £294Labour to fit (took approx 1 hour) - £360Total repair cost- £830My parents only agreed to pay because it was a safety issue with the shutter broke and stuck half way. This company take all payments up front.If you are considering fitting these shutters take into account the cost of the repair once the warranty has expired.After doing some research SSS Industrial Doors provide the same service for £600 Inc vat. If you want a independent repair company then Whittam Shutter Services quoted me £456 Inc vat and North West Roller Shutters quoted me £350 Inc vat.I requested this company to reduce the amount down to £600 Inc vat and be reasonable with their charges to vulnerable customers but they were only bothered about removing this review because it's bad for business. No consideration of customers that are struggling in the current financial climate.

Recently had a sectional door and also a roller shutter door fitted. The quality of the items are very good, easy to use and relatively quiet. The fitters were very polite, and very detailed in their installation in ensuring a good finish and balanced fitting. Would highly recommend this company

Really impressed with the level of service. Spoke with Nicola over the phone who arranged an engineer super quick. Engineer gave us a heads up he was on the way and carried out the job professionally. I was most impressed by the report sent over after the job was done, every step the engineer made was listed, gave confidence our money was well spent.

Top company very help full nothing was ever a problem .if I was unsure about any thing the team was always there to give advice .as i am only just starting out on my own .I would recommend this company to any one even the owner MR Andrew Burke was just at the end of the phone if i required advice .also he gave advice regarding prices on supply only our his team fitting it for me .I have look at other company,s but this company was highly recommend by other builders I also visited jobs they had and done and ask the shops owners about the service the company supplied. and did they feel could the company had done any more for them. all I got was great feed back once again thanks to the whole team for all our help and advice .
