The staff at JT Hughes Telford Honda were good because of excellent service throughout. Jack, the salesman is a very nice young man who was faultlessly efficient. Also thank you to Phil the service manager who was able to solve a minor problem with the steering wheel adjustment on the car by phone. I bought a used car for my son, and we are more than happy with it.

Absolutely brilliant experience. After a horrible experience with another car and another garage it was wonderful buying from here. The integrity and care shown to me the customer was just amazing. Thank you Mark for your patience while I arranged finance. Thank you Ben for sorting the battery with no quibble. It meant so much to me. I have signed up for a service plan too.

Having always had good service we had a poor experience early last year. However, following further discussion the Sales Manager took the time to listen and put things right and we have returned to buy another vehicle, experiencing good service again.

I’d definitely recommend JT Hughes Telford Honda to friends and family because I know I will always receive first class treatment and care from them.I trust them to carry any work required on my car to keep it in road worthy condition. The staff are friendly and inform me fully of progress and anything I should be aware of. They will provide me with a lift into town and collect me when my car is ready, there’s always a welcome cup of coffee too! Many thanks to their service team..

Lots of second hand cars but no information on them (mileage, owners etc) apart from price. Does anybody come out anymore when you have people looking round your cars if nothing else just to acknowledge your existence.Edited: Originally 3 stars but reduced due to response from owner stating that all the information about the cars is on the website - all well and good but I was stood in front of it in the real world as a customer wanting to buy a car and had no information. Even a link to the website or QR code might be an idea?

I found out about JT Hughes online and through friends. After reading through their reviews I was overall satisfied.I had been searching for a reliable car after selling a small vehicle that served me well. One thing that was clear, my new car needed to be reliable as I was using my mums inheritance money, that she had left me.Mark was fantastic from start to finish with my purchase and even sorted out, that two old tyres were replaced. I simple loved my 2016, vehicle which was, with its spacious cabin as it was 100%, ideal for my needs. I was so happy when I saw they had the engine size I wanted and they had a petrol version in stock. The plus side was it was the exact car and colour I needed for personal reasons.Anyway the 16th July, 2022 came and I purchased the vehicle without hesitation, but it wasn’t meant to be. By Sept issues began with the car burning way too much engine oil. I was topping up every 450 miles or so. JT Hughes did work with me, by booking me into use a courtesy car, when one was available, so my car could investigated.By October It was revealed that the engine needed replacing on the vehicle. They called me in to speak with me face to face and to discuss all of my options. I was very disappointed, with the choices offered, as loved the car, despite issues, because it drove really beautifully, but there was no feasible option, or benefit to keeping the car. It had to be returned and put into liquidation. A replacement engine just wasn’t worth it.Their honesty and how they dealt with me was honestly the one major contributing factor, as to why I remained their Customer, despite the major upset.I could have walked away with a full reimbursement minus the mileage used on my vehicle, but instead stayed with them, and upgraded to another newer model in their showroom. The CITROEN Aircross.The service I received was great, with regards to how they handled the entire situation in a professional and courteous manner. For example I was shown a few cars within budget, but due to the nature of my Leisure activities and general needs, the cars that were within budget, had alot more mileage or were older and just was in reality, they were not sufficiently spacious enough to meet my needs. The only thing that came close was the AirCross, but it came with a 2k difference. After test drives and a lot of time to think, I took the plunge to upgrade and paid the difference. I've had my Aircross car, now for less then a week, but so far so good. It has driven up and down the country beautifully. However I am too afraid now to check the engine oil (jokes aside.) I am just praying all goes well with this vehicle.ThoughtsPhil was good during my concerns with the vehicle booked me in for a courtesy car. Dan was great with explaining everything and made good on his promise to look after me if I stayed with them. No pressure, manipulation or sales bullying tactics was used to sustain my custom, Managers involved with my situation were excellent.Mark was great as usual showing me different cars and having patience of a saint, and when Mark was not around Jack was very helpful as well as another staff member, whose name I don’t recall. (Sorry.)Would I?Yes I would recommend JT Hughes for the simple fact that they put their Customers first and really try to assist and resolve problems. (They may not be perfect but do try.) I don’t have any complaints except my car, doesn’t have a panoramic roof ( think I was spoilt before,) and my Aircross didn’t come with sensors. So I had the sensors installed by JT Hughes.I do recommend everyone takes their warranty out just in case.I am now hoping the new upgrade serves me well and has no major issues.
