As usual, treatment from Kathryn exceeded my expectations. She never let's me leave without triple checking I'm happy, which I really appreciate.The salon has such a family vibe and even though I only get treatments from Kathryn and Sam (who is also an absolute magician with her Chinese medicine!) all the salon staff say hello and goodbye, make sure I'm okay if Kathryn or Sam are busy and just generally make the salon even more inviting.Genuinely can not recommend Kathryn enough for eyebrows, nails and skincare, and Sam for any sort of pain relief, allergies or emotional therapy.

What an amazing salon, I had my appointment with Annie who is one of the self employed hairdressers at Kathryn Elizabeth her business is Head Drama. I want to start off this review by saying I am in love with my hair, I went in with red/purple and very grown out roots and came out with my hair looking like I’ve just spent a months wages on it, my husband could not believe the difference. Annie made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and made the morning very enjoyable and made me feel special (what anyone wants when they are in a salon) and cannot wait to see her again for another pamper.As mentioned before this salon has self employed hairdressers and beauticians in it, you wouldn’t know this when you walk in, they are all so welcoming and during the morning you hear them supporting each other (this salon is a unicorn amongst salons in Warrington) I’ve definitely found my salon in this place, it’s has everything you need from hair, nail and so many treatments you would struggle to choice what to have.Thanks again to everyone in on Friday I’ve been telling everyone how much fun it was and welcoming. Went to the salon to have powder brows. The staff were fantastic so helpful and lovely. The treatment was fantastic I have never had brow treatment, Mandy was so supportive she talked me through the treatment and nothing was too much trouble. My brows look beautiful and i'm looking forward to my top up session and I would 100% recommend the salon for any treatment. #browsonfleek

Kathryn does my toenails for me and is friendly, professional and spot on with accurate work. The salon is friendly and fun! I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I am coming to the end of my year of beauty treatments that i was lucky enough to win for the salon's 1st birthday!I have to say it has been an absolute pleasure attending the salon and being pampered without parting with any pennies!All of the staff at the salon are very friendly and passionate about their chosen profession and are always on hand for advice.I highly recommend all of them but especially Kathryn who is superb at nails and I wouldn't go anywhere else.The salon is going from strength to strength with a training academy now on site with various courses run by Kathryn.Thank you so much to all of you for making me feel part of your day when I come in.Love and the very bestKaren ThorpeXx

This hidden little gem is the best find i have ever made. I've been going to Kathryn for over a year now for lashes and facials. Kathryn is possibly the most knowledgeable person i know in the business regarding skin and has even helped me improve my teenage sons skin.My lashes actually last for 3 weeks and longer.I've also just started having my nails done, they look amazing!!Im a life time fan of Kathryn Elizabeth and cannot recommend her and her team enough. Caleb is just an amazing hairdresser, even my teenage son loved his appointment so much he had requested this be the place he wants to go back to.Brilliant atmosphere, friendly and welcoming team, and amazing at what they do! Give this salon a try, you wont go anywhere else after, i promise!!

I recently had a ProSkin60 facial with Kathryn. IT.WAS.AMAZING. My skin felt so soft yet supple and looked perfect. The whole process was so relaxing and the ambiance of the room really worked. Kathryn is always professional and her knowledge of the products and the way it works with your skin is phenomenal. I really feel that whatever is suggested I just know it will work and make my skin look glowing and youthful....which is not an easy feat when you get past 60!! Can't recommend her highly enough! (and the rest of the team- I have nails and hair done too and I wouldn't go anywhere else)

I do not need to hesitate at giving 5 stars to this salon. You can expect a friendly welcome, knowledgeable treatments and a bit of a giggle too. I have had several deep tissue massages and most recently, the micro needling treatment (love it!). I will not go anywhere else. If I need a treatment I ask for Kathryn. She takes time to understand me, and cares about my experience. Personal touch and more. Highly recommended.

Loved my recent skin treatment with the amazing Kathryn, she fully explained everything in detail, and the treatment itself was both relaxing but results-driven. Already booked my next treatment in, and I’m so excited! Walked out with a lovely bag of Dermalogica goodies too and they’ve been working so well for my skin! So grateful for Kathryn’s help. The salon is gorgeous too.
