Absolutely fantastic experience with roundbrand barnsley wouldn't go anywhere else for windows and doors. Sue in the office at barnsley is absolutely fantastic a proper barnsley lass who has all the time in the world for you sorted us out with exactly what we wanted and saved us thousands. The fitters where absolutely brilliant despite being busy they made time for us and finished our whole house in good time. Thanks Sue highly recommend.

I had 3 quotes before I found the wonderful Sue, professional, knowledgeable and down to earth, I ordered double patio sliders for my garage which has now become a sunroom and a front door, she even went the extra mile and found solid sound fitters, there was a slight issue, however, Sue took it upon herself to find a fix, and now it’s all done, so so pleased with everything. The price quoted was fantastic after receiving double the price quoted from others. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service this company has given me. A very satisfied client, 5* 10/10.On a personal note, Sue has given outstanding customer service, more companies could learn a lot from this fantastic Lady. Thank you.

Reasonable price and good sales staff but the fitting has been poor , bottom of door a good half a centre metre away from frame meaning bottom lock wouldn't go into frame consistently without taking strike plate off, leaving a big hole in frame and no security on bottom of door, to be fair they came out a couple of times but didn't sort problem , rang them again but they didn't respond therefore leaving us with the problem. Ended up going elsewhere to get it sorted.

Beware of the door products. Bought a door from here and it came with a ‘protective’ plastic film. The builders installed the door and the film was left on to protect the door as plasterers/decorators etc worked on the house. After the work was complete we tired to peel the protective film off and it wouldn’t budge, spent a day trying to peel it off bit by bit, called and asked for advice, we were told to use a light spirit to remove it. After another day of trying we managed to get 80% off but the last bits wouldn’t come off and other little bits left the door in a right mess (see the photo) . Called again and explained the situation, after ‘head office’ looked into it we were told it was our fault for leaving the protective film on for too long? There are no warnings saying it should be taken off within a certain period. You’d assume the protective film is there to protect the door. They would not accept any responsibility and I had to buy a £210 panel to replace the old one. Very poor, will never use these again, be very careful when buying the doors!!!
