Gritstone Fencing

We used Jim to replace our old fence panels with new gravel boards and posts and were really happy with the service we received. He has also done work for my parents and would highly recommend him.

I am very happy by the service provided by Gritstone. Jim pays a lot of attention to the small details of fencing that make all the difference in a garden.When fencing on a slope, he ensures that the step gradient between panels is equal and symmetrical, so that from afar the outcome is a smooth stepped downhill flow. There is a lot of effort, thought and concentration that goes into getting this right, quite frankly a lot of experience is required to do it over undulating terrain.The end product was that good, the neighbour came round and asked for a price on the fencing on either side of her garden. The end product speaks for itself. Jim was polite, courteous and professional; and took extra care around my hydrangea.The price for the sum of his experience and a superb end product was more than fair, I left a tip and could not recommend Gritstone enough to my friends and family.After all, google reviews aside, word of mouth is the best advertising; and that's how I initially got onto Gritstone. I recommend you do the same.

Pretty disappointed by the language I heard used, at high volume, from some guys presumably working for Gritstone at Barton Marina earlier. If it wasn't you then you should have asked whoever it was, within your group, to reign it in as your van was parked up with your company name on the side of it; and it was persistent.I could hear you some 50 years away and there were mothers with children even closer.Effing and heffing isn't necessary at the best of times, esp when you are in an area frequented by families.Very disappointing.

100% recommend these guys ! Competitive price, turned up before 8am every day and worked very hard. I had about 25m of horrible mature hedges bordering 2 neighbors removed and replaced with fencing. They were extremely polite, accommodating and considerate of myself, our neighbors and other trades working on site at the same time. They left the place spotless and made a brilliant job of the fence. One of my neighbors was so impressed they asked for a quote to replace their fencing. Thanks to Jim and the team !

Brilliant. Jim and team have just replaced our back fence and have done a superb job. Looks amazing. Cleaned up after themselves and nice guys too. Added bonus that the price was to our liking
