We agreed a price to drop my motorbike back to the dealership, and for a return once it was fixed. Drop off was completed expertly with good coms, was very much appreciated.However, on the day of the return leg they called me to tell me they had a disagreement with the garage over the phone and therefore are refusing to collect my bike from them, then hung up. I'm now left without transport for another week or more and have to find a new courier to bring the bike back. I feel disappointed and let down as I was really looking forward to having my bike back. The pricing agreed was therefore not fully honoured and despite agreeing to collect the bike they've let me down at the last minute.I get that disagreements happen but surely the customer should always come first and any agreement to collect a motorbike should be delivered upon.If they didn't want the job, then I'd prefer they just told me upfront - not agree to it then let me down.

Based in Norwich This company picked up my newly purchased Bonneville from near Hull to Gt. Yarmouth a 300 mile round trip. Price was just £160 and the van was totally fitted to transport motorcycles. First class service

Used miamovesbikes to transport a motorcycle I bought sight unseen from about 300 miles away, they were able to keep me updated throughout the process and quoted me cheaper than anyvan. Smithy even looked the bike over and gave me a courtesy call before I transferred the money to the seller, giving me peace of mind. Would definitely use again.

Bike was collected from the other side of the country and arrived with no damage, as to be expected. However, it took a lot longer than I anticipated, but communication was great along the way.They are local to me (Norwich) and have storage facilities which would have been useful if I had been away at work overseas longer than planned and not been around to receive the bike. Handy to know for the future.Also returned the cheapest quote.

Honestly can't say a single bad thing. Ben saved the day and helped me get the bike to mechanic after it died and then delivered back to me. Went above and beyond. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

I needed to move my Vespa from Norwich to Lowestoft. I contacted Ben and sent him the keys. He got the bike, put it on his van, and got it to me, safe and sound (and really well secured). No hassle. Definitely recommended :)

I needed a bike moving from Weston Super Mare to Norwich, and although a mate offered his van couldn't find the time to the job myself. I contacted Ben who was very helpful and gave me a quote that was cheaper than if i did it myself! Enter Tony, a really nice guy, who kept me well informed of what was happening during the job. My partner took delivery of the bike as I couldn't escape work, and she said Tony had secured the bike really well and had made sure it was well protected and arrived in pristine condition. I highly recommend miamovesbikes and will be telling anyone who needs a bike moving to use them for sure!!
